Louisiana Initiative for Tomorrow (LIFT) is an economic development initiative being launched in Louisiana by Congressial Black Caucus Foundation and the Louisiana Legislature. The goal is to help strengthen distressed urban and rural areas across Louisiana by igniting sustainable private investments and business initiatives that will result in tangible, on-the-street change for local residents. COFFEE later expanded its mission to help implement the LIFT Initiative by taking the lead in developing the housing targeted under the initiative. |
