COFFEE THANKS THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS OFFICE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR ITS SUPPORT OF LIFT NEW ORLEANS HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM

Post Katrina, COFFEE has worked on reviving its homeownership program’s procedures, relationships, processes, and organizational structure. The focus in on partnering with area employers to seamlessly identify, counsel, repair credit issues, pre-qualify, and help secure homes for their employees wishing to experience homeownership. COFFEE has also started up its efforts to develop an inventory of quality affordable houses for the potential homebuyers that will be generated from its homeownership program.
